Bronze Usa Award for JASMS Scouters

JASMS QC teachers Julie Monsale and Herminio Laygo will receive the Bronze Usa Award by the National Court of Honor of Boy Scouts of the Philippines on May 21, 2015 at the Big 8 Corporate Hotel, Tagum, Davao del Norte.

The Bronze Usa Award is given to deserving Scouters/Scout Leaders who continuously rendered their Meritorious and Outstanding Services to the Boy Scout of the Philippines religiously and with dedication to the Institution.

Scouter Herminio Laygo is a 4 Beads Holder-Leader Trainor at BSP Quezon City Council, a recipient of the Oustanding Scoutmaster NCR-BSP and Tribute to the Scoutmaster in 2013, and has been an Ambassador of Goodwill and Delgate to Japan. Laygo has been teaching at JASMS for 39 years.

Meanwhile, Scouter Julie Monsale is a 3 beads Holder-Leader Trainor at BSP Quezon City Council, a recipient of the Gold Merit Award and has been an Ambassador of Goodwill and Delegate to USA and Japan. She has been teaching at JASMS QC for 36 years.
