  • 2nd Place Best Main Dish category - Ms. Mary Joy Alvar & Mr. Paolo Miguel Reyes (both 3rd yr. BSHM major CAT)
  • Two Specials awards Most Promising Future Chefs and Closest to the Original Recipe - Ms. Mary Joy Alvar & Mr. Paolo Miguel Reyes.

Annual University Jr. Chefs - Intercollegiate Cooking Contest by Isetann and sponsored by Unilever and Knorr - September 19, 2015

  • Bianca Camille Gozon - 2nd place - recipe: Bangus Relleno Rice in Creamy Curried-Coconut Sauce
    • Both original recipes were from Mr. Armand V. Nening,
    • Mr. Armand V. Nening, Head Coach; Mrs. Mabel Liza J. Cagadoc, Asst Coach
