Pinoy Master Chef Adobo Challenge Conquered!

Congratulations to the student representatives from the PWU School of Hospitality Management for winning in Philippine Culinary Tourism Expo 2013 (PCTEX 2013) held last July 19-21, 2013 at SM North Edsa Skydome

The team won 2nd place in the Pinoy Master Chef Adobo Challenge student category with their winning entry “Skewered Pork Adobo in Thick Spicy Chocolate Sauce”

Kudos to the students participants:

• Michael Mico Miranda - 3rd year BSHM Culinary Arts and Technology
• Narra Jane Tusoc - 3rd year BSHM Culinary Arts and Technology
