The Philippine Women’s University and Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” of Indonesia signed a Memorandum of Understanding to undertake programs on faculty, students and academic personnel exchanges, as well as conduct collaborative research related to health sciences programs. The MOU likewise covers participation in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing and other health related programs and establish partnership in training courses, workshops, educational congresses and capacity building between the two institutions. The PWU signed a MOU of similar provisions with five other schools in Indonesia, namely: Universitas Sains Al Qur’an Wonosobo, Stikes Kendedes Malang, Akademi Keperawatan Kabupaten Purworejo, Akademi Kebidanan Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama Kudus and Stikes Indramayu, West Java.
