Marisol Tugade was recently elected as President of the PWU Alumni Association. Other alumni directors also voted in the following as their officers:
Nina Lim Yuson (1st VP); Gigi Virata (2nd VP); Lina Winebrenner (Secretary); Ysabel Benitez (Asst. Sec.); Thelma Go (Treasurer); Patricia P. de Jesus (Asst. Treasurer); Malu A. Lopez (Auditor) and Maribel Dario (PRO).

The PWUAA board serves for a period of three years. Marisol, who has a background in economics, is admiringly described by friends as a “busy woman” who runs several businesses under the Perry’s Group of companies. She is also active in civic affairs and was, with Sylvia Lina, instrumental in the success of the first PWUAA Golf Tournament. Marisol said she is looking forward to working with PWU alumni and welcomes suggestions about worthwhile projects that the association can undertake for the benefit of PWU.
Nine new members of PWU Alumni Association’s Board of Directors were elected at the 85th annual Homecoming last February 20, 2016.
