Customer complaint resolution and personal branding were the key points discussed by Rachel T. Chispa, Learning and Organizational Development Head of LServ Corporation, during the Career Seminar for “Customer Service Training for Hospitality and Tourism” last October 2, 2019, at the Seminar Room 2

The activity which was attended by 3rd and 4th year Tourism students, was a collaboration between PWU’s Career and Placement Office, School of Tourism and LServ Corporation as part of the University’s program to provide enhancement activities for graduating students.
