The School of Hospitality and Management faculty and students showed excitement to try out the new Convotherm Combi Oven donated by the Home Economics Class 57 during the orientation/training session last September 4, 2019 held at the SHM Food Lab. The Combi Oven, which is widely used in hotels and restaurants, is a welcome addition to the SHM facilities that provide up-to-date skills and training to our students in food service operations.
Technolux Corporate Chef Miguel Vengco demonstrated the different cooking methods using the combi oven and prepared Steamed fish, roasted chicken, air fried pork and baked Foccacia.
