The Institute of Family Life and Children Studies (IFLCS) of the Philippine Women’s University, is an interdisciplinary community of professionals with varied expertise in family life education. It is a Development Center focused on strengthening the Filipino Family through advocacy and networking, research and development, capability building, and other support services in collaboration with the government, the private sector and NGOs.
